Élodie features a round dial - the more classic silhouette. Juliette features an oval dial that lends it a distinctive presence on the wrist.

The Classic dial features refined Roman numerals. The Éclat version adds crystal hour markers for a touch more luminosity - same silhouette, a little more sparkle.

Every Alucène bracelet is dispatched at full length by default. If you share your wrist circumference at checkout, we'll remove the necessary links before dispatch so your bracelet fits on arrival, at no extra charge. Any removed links are included in your package for future adjustments.

Wrap a flexible tape measure snugly around your wrist, just below the wrist bone where you'd normally wear a watch, and note the measurement in millimetres or inches. If you don't have a tape measure, wrap a piece of string or a strip of paper around your wrist, mark where it meets, then measure the length against a ruler.

Yes. If you leave the sizing field blank, your bracelet arrives at full length, and any jeweller or watchmaker can adjust it locally, usually for a small fee. If we sized it for you, the removed links are in your package so you can add them back at any time.

Press the two small buttons on either side of the clasp at the same time, and it unfolds towards the top and bottom of the watch. To close it, fold both sides back in and press gently until it clicks shut.

Every Alucène watch is water-resistant to 3 ATM. It's fine for splashes, rain and washing your hands, but should not be worn for swimming, showering or bathing.

Wipe it gently with a soft, dry cloth after wearing. Keep it away from perfume, lotions and household chemicals, and avoid hard knocks and extreme temperatures.

Battery life varies with use. If your watch stops or no longer keeps time, have the battery replaced by a qualified watchmaker, who will also check the seals so the water resistance is preserved. Please don't open the case yourself. Within the warranty period, contact us first at contact@alucene.com.

You have 30 days after receiving your watch to request a return. It must be unworn, in its original packaging and presentation, with proof of purchase. To start a return, write to contact@alucene.com. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is at your expense, and any non-refundable customs duties are deducted from your refund. If your watch arrives damaged or defective, we cover all costs. To exchange, return your original watch and place a new order. Full terms are in our Returns & Exchanges policy.

Every Alucène watch comes with a two-year international warranty from the date of delivery, covering defects in materials and workmanship. It doesn't cover the battery, normal wear such as scratches, damage from accidents or improper handling, or damage from third-party repairs. To make a claim, write to contact@alucene.com.
