All Alucène orders ship free of charge. We currently deliver to the following countries:

Insured & Tracked Shipments
Every order is fully insured and dispatched with a tracking number. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details as soon as your order has been shipped. All shipments are covered against loss or damage in transit.
Duties & Taxes Included
All orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means that all applicable customs duties, import taxes, and fees are covered by Alucène - you will never face unexpected charges upon delivery. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay, nothing more.

Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

- Europe: 3–7 business days
- North America: 5–10 business days
